Please note that while our company is officially registered as Happy Apple sp. z o.o., our website and products are currently branded under the name "HYPERBARIC HOME." We are in the process of transitioning to this new brand name. Throughout this period, references to our products, services, and website may use either the legal entity name (Happy Apple sp. z. o.o.) or the branding name (HYPERBARIC HOME). Be assured that this discrepancy does not affect the terms and conditions outlined below. We appreciate your understanding during this transitional phase.

1. Your Obligations

1.1. In consideration of your use of the Website, you agree to:
(a) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by a registration form on the Website ("Registration Data");
(b) maintain the security of your password and identification;
(c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data and any information you provide to HYPERBARIC HOME to keep it accurate, current, and complete;

You must hold Confidential Information in strict confidence. Title to Confidential Information remains with Hyperbaric Home and its suppliers.
2.2. Your obligations regarding Confidential Information expire five (5) years after the date of disclosure. Upon termination of the Terms or HYPERBARIC HOME written request, you must cease the use of Confidential Information and return or destroy it.

3.1. You may encounter links to other Internet sites or resources on the HYPERBARIC HOME Website. You waive any requirement for the posting of a bond or other security if Hyperbaric Home seeks such an injunction.
